Are you allowed to move your NBN point?
Yes, we can! NBN contracted installers will usually put your connection where it is easiest for them. If this is the situation you are faced with, only a registered cabler can install your NBN point in a different location. The good news is its usually an easy fix – call us to discuss your requirements.
Can I do my own cabling?
Any new or reconfiguration of existing phone or internet wiring in your home or office, by law must be carried out by a registered cabler. A certificate of compliance (TCA1) must also be supplied when the work is completed.
